Line management, vision and technical leadership of a team of Software Technical Specialists and DevOps. Focused on optimising the full software development lifecycle through the creation of tooling, processes and practices. You will be accountable for the creation, maintenance, rollout and optimization of: · The software delivery pipeline · Environment management and automation · Release automation · Automated testing strategies · Robust lean processes to support a regulated environment · Code quality practices and measures You will define the strategies for: · Test automation · Release automation · Release automation authorisation and auditing along with the QA Governance and Release Management Lead · Database management · Tooling · Environment management/Infrastructure as Code You will work with the Solutions Design and Delivery Team to ensure the implementation of tools, process, practices and procedures across both the internal and off-shore development capability. You will govern the Solutions Design and Delivery team through their on-shore leads supported by QA Governance and Release Management Lead and QA Specialists
