Job Title: Business Analyst Location: London Type: Permanent Salary: £ Highly Competitive + Benefits I am looking for a software focussed Business Analyst to assist the Project Management team to scope requirements, as well as document and plan projects across the business . You ll be working closely with the Project Managers to document the requirements using visual representations and workflow diagrams where required. My client has an extensive list of high profile clients across a variety of business sectors so role requirements may differ from one project to another. We require a dynamic and professional Business Analyst who brings exceptional communication skills and applied knowledge of project practices. This role is responsible for requirement analysis, certification; producing functional specifications, reviewing deliverables, facilitating the team to provide excellent analytical advice. We are looking for someone with commercial exposure who can focus on innovation & efficiency. The ideal candidate will comes from a travel or transport logistics background or have a suite of experience in this kind of environment. Specific duties are: Analysing and documenting business processes & workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Creating excellent requirements documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria and examples) Collecting, evaluating, documenting and communicating functional and non-functional business requirements. Assisting with meeting the communication and reporting needs of projects Scoping and planning projects that allow the development of the business objectives. Required skills: Experience in a BA role within a consultancy environment. Experience of working project lifecycles. Understanding and experience of business analysis skills, techniques, and practices with an eye for detail. Experience of working with stakeholders. Using software tools to support the development of projects. Flexibility to travel UK wide. Desirable Competencies: Ability to build relationships Good general IT skills Prince2 certification or similar.
