Business Analyst/Agile Solihull £35-45k My client based in Solihull has an immediate requirement to recruit a Business Analyst to join their rapidly expanding development department who are shaping the future of their organisation. The successful candidate will be interacting with the internal users and stakeholders creating the user stories, shaping the product vision, identifying priorities and liaising with the development team to develop working software applications. Responsibilities * Play a key role in the transition from Waterfall to Agile Methodologies * Co-ordinate the delivery of multiple projects from initial specification through to deployment, able take ownership of projects to time, cost and quality expectations * Application lifecycle management * Decide acceptance criteria for the development team * User engagement ensuring the finished solution meets requirements * Act as key contact between 3rd parties, stakeholders and development team Key Skills * Experience delivering complex projects in an Agile Development Team * Comprehensive Business Analyst/Project Management skills * Extensive knowledge of the Software Development lifecycle * Exceptional communication skills able to explain technical solutions to non technical people If you a great team player who gets on well with others and are looking for a move which will enhance your career in a fantastic working environment then please send your CV IMMEDIATELY for consideration.
