Senior UX Designer R&D | Software

Senior UX Designer An opportunity to be the advocate for UX throughout the full product lifecycle on a range of new and innovative products. Company: The organisation are making changes to their culture and are dedicated to continual improvement as well as focusing their time on new products and exploratory work with a vision to investigate new Software and Agile Development Methodologies. Currently they are building Web Applications in house which are accessed on a Global Scale using a variety of browsers, in particular with Cloud Based Technologies. They pride themselves on having a "Start up" culture and have grown a talented Software Development team which is solving complex problems on a daily basis Now with the base of the products developed, they require a UX Designer to deliver incredible User Experiences and simplify complex applications to become usable for a variety of major clients. Technical Skills: * Strong UX skills in an IT environment * Portfolio of previous work demonstrating your process and various mockups etc. * Understanding of user interface design patterns and User Centred Design methodologies. * Outstanding eye for design and able to create interaction flows and prototypes from ideas and requirements * Experience in UX across Web and Mobile Applications * Confident communicator who can communicate ideas across a wide variety of clients * Strong academics in a relevant degree Salary for Senior UX Designer: £45,000 to £60,000 - Impressive Corporate Benefits Package If you are interested in this role please contact Nick Goodwin at Reqiva on (Apply online only) or
