Mid / Senior Software Developer

We are a leading software development organisation based in Christchurch and are looking for our next talented C# developer with extensive experience of C#, (url removed)/MVC and SQL Server This opportunity would suit an individual who wants to be part of a young growing company who have secured recent contracts with the likes of BMI and the NHS. You will have a genuine chance of moving into lead or head of development over the coming months and will have a real impact on our team and products. The successful individual will have a proven track record with at least 2 years commercial experience in C# development and a core competencies including SQL server. You must posses a strong commercial mind and enthusiasm to work hard, play hard. Skills & Experience: * Strong track record in Commercial .Net Development * At least 2 years commercial .Net development experience. * Experience with C#.NET * C# / .NET 4.5 * (url removed) (Web forms and MVC) * HTML & CSS * JavaScript / jQuery (including AJAX and jQuery UI) * SQL Server * WCF Services * IIS Configuration Advantageous skills * Experience of the Healthcare Sector (either private or NHS) * HL7 Integration * Network programming (TCP) and Windows Services * Experience of load balanced solutions and SQL Server mirroring Some on the job training will be provided in the above technologies and working methods, however it is essential that the successful candidate shows a genuine passion for development, as well as a strong self-motivated desire to increase their own knowledge and understanding.
