Test Lead / Test Team Lead / Lead Tester - Automation & Manual JIRA Test Lead summary: The successful Test Lead / Lead Tester will be working for a well-established, fastest growing company in their sector. On a daily basis the Test Lead / Lead Tester will manage and improve the testing environment so that a list of global clients are provided with extremely scalable and highly complex tools to positively influence their efficiency and performance. Test Lead / Lead Tester Role and Responsibilities: *Lead the Test Team making sure functionality is delivered to a high quality and on time. *Write and produce manual and automated regression tests. *Monitor and report on test coverage and identify areas at risk. *Work with software developers providing them with prompt feedback. Skills Required for Test Lead / Lead Tester: * Experience of leading test teams. * Programming knowledge of C++ / Java / Python. * Experience using Jira. * Agile / Scrum / Kanban. * Excellent communication skills! Desirable (but not essential) Skills for Test Lead / Lead Tester: * Linux * Jenkins. * Robot Framework. * Jasmin. This is an excellent position for a Software Test Lead / Lead Tester to work autonomously taking a company from a manual to a more automation focused testing environment.
