Senior Project Manager (Intelligent Passenger Rail / Automated Fare Collection Systems) THE ROLE: Working at the forefront of technology and innovation, this business unit is a significant contributor to the growth strategy of this global leading company. Reporting into the Operations Director the successful Senior Project Manager will take full responsibility for a multitude of Projects ensuring successful Project performance and overall success against budget and project time lines. You will utilise your extensive exposures within high-technology and software intensive engineering projects to maximise business opportunities, technologies and ultimately project success. THE CANDIDATE: As a minimum candidates will be Degree/ Masters qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline with a demonstrable track record of 5+ Years experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager. You will be with Prince 2 Certified and capable of delivering software intensive engineering Projects within a leading edge, technology environment. As well a thorough understanding of full Software Development Life Cycle Projects and fully Integrated Systems (comprising of extensive Comms Infrastructure, Software and Electronic technologies) you will also provide inspirational leadership qualities, entrepreneurial flair, commercial guidance, drive and energy. Candidates must be driven, career motivated individuals.
