About the role The role of Product Specialist Manager (CommPay) leads asmall team of analysts who act as Subject Matter Experts forthe product. Their leadership will provide the direction andprioritise the work of the team whilst ensuring internal andexternal demands are met in a manner which protects thefuture product strategy of CommPay:

Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts on CommPay providing consultancy to customers and internal teams on the adoption and use of the product

Manage the priorities of the team ensuring the correct balance is applied to Product Releases, Service Packs and providing consultancy support both internally and externally

Identify the UK Wealth Product demands for CommPay and produce appropriate business case and articulation to be included in the submission to the Global Product Team
About you You will hold an in-depth understanding of the UK FinancialServices and remuneration market and practices from both amanufacturing and distribution perspective. You will use thisknowledge to analyse and document complex businessprocesses and translate business requirements to theCommPay application.The ability to make effective decisions under pressure andlead and motivate a team is essential, ideally with anawareness and understanding of web technology andsoftware development. What you'll bring to the team:

Liaise with the global Product team to ensure that appropriate consideration is given to other global demands and to ensure they are aware of UK demands and priorities

Work with delivery, marketing and sales teams to ensure that the UK market and client's needs are represented
*
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents
*
Coordinate with key internal teams and stakeholders who test, promote, train and support CommPay
*
Participate in peer reviews of requirements documents
*
Input into production of user guides, help and release notes
