BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROGRAMME MANAGER / SYSTEMS PROJECTS MANAGER
Salary Up to £100,000 + 25% Bonus + Private Healthcare + 33 Days Holidays + Excellent Benefits Package
Our Client is a Pan-European Corporate Blue Chip Group of Companies that has experienced major success over several years and currently undertaking several major Business Systems Transformation & Implementation Programmes. This role will require a Candidate with past experience of Managing the Implementation of Systems, who can work with Key Stakeholders who are based across the business.
The role of the Senior Projects / Programme Manager is to Lead & Drive Projects & Programmes of work that Support the Business & IT Strategies, while Managing Change across the User Community. You will Manage Projects & Programmes of various sizes from Inception to Post-Implementation, and will Undertake Day-to-Day Management, Resource Capacity Planning & Reporting through Proactive Management.

Key Skills & Experience of the Senior Project / Programme Manager Required:
•Hands-On Senior Project Management or Programme Management of Business Systems Implementations
•Programme / Project Management Certifications (ie. Prince, PMP, Agile)
•Proven Skills & Experience Delivering, Managing & Controlling Large Projects / Programmes
•Experience of working with Onshore & Offshore Suppliers
•Experience of working with Internal Delivery Teams
•Demonstrated understanding of quality and compliance
•Excellent Relationship Management & Influencing Skills
•Proven Track Record Negotiating across Complex Groups
•Experience Shaping Innovative Solutions
•Experience working in large scale organisations & across cultural boundaries
•Strong Interpersonal Skills & Passion for Customers
