Experienced IT Support Technician

The main duties of the role will include: Providing technical help and advice to customers Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face Investigating and solving problems Finding solutions to problems and have a hands-on approach to support activities Providing a good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems & Office Suite Experience with networking Providing 1st and 2nd line telephone support of the clients applications, PC maintaining, configuration and installation; internal helpdesk support Whether you are an experienced IT support technician looking for a new challenge or an IT graduate looking to kick start their career - this is an excellent opportunity for you!
