My Client is a FTSE 100 company seeking a Support Analyst with either Call Centre or Helpdesk experience to join their ever expanding team.
Based in the county of Suffolk, this is a permanent role working within an environment where you will be providing digital enabled solutions and services to public organisations.
The client is looking for a Support Analyst whom is a strong self-starting candidate to join their established service desk; providing both telephone and remote diagnostic application support for the company's products.
Key skills required:
* Call Centre/Helpdesk experience is essential.
* Ability to demonstrate that you are willing to take ownership of a task and see it through to resolution.
* A professional telephone manner.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Be a team player
The successful candidate will be given the responsibility to pick up and resolve customer application incident tickets, providing exceptional levels of customer service and seeing the problem tickets through to a resolution. When required you will be able to demonstrate that you can work both independently and as part of a team.
