Development Lead / Scrum Master

Job title: Development Lead / Scrum Master Location: Peterborough Salary: up to £60,000 PA Type: Permanent Our client, a supplier of custom-built software solutions for companies based all over the UK, is looking for a Development Lead / Scrum Master to manage their team of developers and report directly to the Software development manager. Succesful applicants must have experience of leading a team of software developers in an Agile/Scrum environment, and be skilled in using C#, WCF and MVVM. MVC experience is desirable but not essential. The main duties of this role will be to lead and mentor the development team and to provide the relevant development tools needed to work effectively on multiple projects. The applicant will also be required to act as a QA body where projects are being delivered by 3rd parties to ensure the appropriate level of governance is in place, and that the solution is compliant with development standards and best practice.
