You will be working for a very successful company who have doubled in size over the last 3 years, and aim to do the same in the coming 3 years. They have an excellent product which is used by a wide range of clients. You will receive excellent training that will mean you become a first class developer. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines. If you have some IT (even if its limited) experience that will be an advantage but not essential. You will need to demonstrate your desire for a career in IT Development. You may have started your career in IT Support or Web Design, but are now thinking you would like to change career path, then your fundamental IT knowledge will be advantageous.
