Job title: Web Developer

Technology driven web design agency is seeking a talented Web Developer to join their small and highly technical design team based in Bangor. You'll work closely with the Technical Director and directly with the clients as a Web Developer, focusing on designing and developing new features, layouts and content and assessing how these affect visitor behavior, utilising multi-variant testing. This is a full stack Web Developer opportunity and you will gain new skills and build on your current experience, receiving full autonomy within a flat structure where you are encouraged to be creative with your individual clients. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities * To support the Technical Director, in the delivery of digital campaigns comprising but not limited to websites, intranets, web applications, email marketing and social media. * Develop web sites and web applications based on supplied artwork and branding * Work with designers to develop designs into functioning websites and applications * Be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle from requirements analysis to delivery and maintenance * Take part in brainstorming sessions * Maintain a knowledge of emerging technology trends and best practices * Share knowledge and skills with colleagues and the community Requirements: * 2yrs Commercial experience. * Strong portfolio of own work. * Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, MySQL. * SOLID Development principles * PHP Framework such as Symfony / Laravel * Coding best practices covering version control / testing, deployment * Advanced Wordpress Customisation
