Job Title - PostgreSQL Developer Remuneration - to £55K basic Industry Sector - Financial and Data Analytics Location - London, City This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving expanding company in the heart of the City. Working with the latest technologies the PostgreSQL Developer will have a passion for database design, content and interaction. As a PostgreSQL developer you will be responsible for designing, building and populating a series of relational PostgreSQL databases. You will be an expert in PostgreSQL and Python development. The PostgreSQL developer will be dealing with very large datasets and the main focus of the role will be data focused. You will be tasked with the design, storage and access of this data, understanding the raw data and using Python to parse the raw data into a usable format for storage. This is a very mixed role and will require skills in Data Science and Python development. Key skills: PostgreSQL Python (3.4 or above) Data Science knowledge Demonstrable ability of working with very large datasets Object Orientated Design Real time web applications This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly dynamic, innovative team of like minded people.
