Within the Market Data Operations Manager role you will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of the relationship between regional support teams and key stakeholders. Main responsibilities for the Market Data Operations Manager role: * Managing all technical aspects of the relationship between regional support teams and key stakeholders * Building and maintaining strong relationships with all interfacing parties * Presenting technical solutions to non technical people as well as IT peers and developers * Building and documenting knowledge of all business flow and process * Project Managing technical projects to be implemented by regional support teams * Testing of new application functionality and then on boarding of new flows, both in a hands on capacity for complex flows and project management capacity * Meet client and stakeholder needs more efficiently and effectively Ideal profile for the Market Data Operations Manager · Market Data experience in Reuters Market Data Platforms - TREP (RMDS), Wombat Feed Handlers, Bloomberg Feed Handlers and Reuters Feed Handlers· Significant Front-Office experience and knowledge of IB Markets & Exchanges· Strong understanding of cross asset IB business· Outstanding Leadership and Motivation Qualities· Result and Goal Orientation· Works well under pressure and has the ability to work in a fast moving challenging environment· Strong customer focus, good influencing skills Salary: 60 - 80k Location: City of London Permanent Position If you would like to find out more information about this Market Data Operations Manager position then please apply with a up to date CV to Emily Hart
