Senior UX Designer

Key Responsibilities Sales As needs arise, you will support the new business development team. Present our portfolio and capabilities to prospective clients Direct and/or work hands-on to create heuristic analyses and concept designs for pitches Scope and estimate the UX portion of upcoming projects User Experience Design The core of the job will be to collaborate with our agency team to design high- caliber user experiences for clients and their customers. You will collaborate closely with the colleagues in London and often with those in our Seattle and New York studios. As our London-based business grows, your focus will gradually shift to providing design leadership in the UK. Identify client business goals, functional requirements and user needs Collaborate in defining strategies for best-in-class user experiences Create taxonomies, sitemaps and annotated wireframes Analyze designs to identify user experience problems and provide recommendations Proactively collaborate with visual designers and developers to ensure the delivery of design work of the highest quality Present work in client meetings and articulate rationale for UX decisions Lead and manage the UX portion of projects Direct and review the work of UX Designers, as needed, within a project Skills/Experience/Profile Required Skills & Experience 6+ years UX experience Experience designing responsive websites Excellent communication and presentation skills Meticulous attention to detail Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Axure Ability to present work both internally and to clients Desired Skills & Experience Academic background in UX, User-Centered Design, Information Science, Interaction Design, HCDE or related field 4+ years of agency experience Ecommerce UX experience (Demandware or Hybris experience is desired) Responsive UX experience
