Job Description

Temporary 1st Line Support needed ASAP until March 2017 in Leeds on £9+ per hour Job Description: The Technical Operators work in a 1st line technical support capacity dealing with technical queries, and undertaking a variety of tasks including system user account management, software deployment, 1st line remote desktop support. PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualifications HNC / NVQ level 4 or equivalent certificate in an ICT related subject or equivalent experience. ITIL Foundation Certificate. V3 MCDST or A+ Knowledge & skills Experience of working in an ICT support environment / technical centre / help desk / Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems including active directory. Experience of creating and amending windows / systems / email user accounts Demonstrable knowledge of a range of desktop hardware and software products including MS Office, email clients and web mail. Working knowledge of network file and printing services. Ability to diagnose technical issues, provided resolutions or workaround for incidents and problems in an ICT environment.
