Job Description

Service Desk Technician - Cambridge - £26,000 - £28,000 CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom – As a Service Desk Technician you will be the first point of contact, resolving issues and escalating as appropriate. You will provide Desktop Support, assign tickets, set-up and issue IT equipment and maintain incident records. You will work within agreed Service Levels and provide users with regular feedback on statuses as well as ensuring excellent customer service. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role - Windows Desktop Support in a Microsoft Environment - Knowledge Active Directory/Exchange - Experience supporting Printers and laptops Interested?
