Technical Operations Support Leeds Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for a Technical Operator based in Leeds. We are ideally looking for someone with experience within a similar role who has the ability to deal with technical enquiries, remote desktop support and software deployment. The Role: • To work effectively as a team • To efficiently resolve computer issues remotely • To provide IT support to a high standard • To effectively assist users • To diagnose technical issues • To work well to a deadline • To provide an excellent customer service The following qualities are desirable for the ideal candidate for the role: • Excellent communication skills • Great customer service skills • Experience working within an IT support environment • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Windows operations including active directory • Experience creating and amending systems Required qualifications: • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in ICT related subject or equivalent experience • ITIL Foundation Certificate V3 Job type: Temporary ongoing until 31.03.2017 Hours of work: 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday Salary: £9.31ph Please call Alice at Prestige Recruitment Specialists for more information regarding the role, telephone (Apply online only).
