Desktop Support Analyst - Active Directory / Exchange I am currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong service desk experience to work for a not-for-profit organization in Chingford. I am looking for someone with an enthusiastic attitude and approach to hands on work to be involved within a team on 7. You will have the responsibility of being the first point of contact for the users in the company resolving the technical issues and resolving escalated support calls within service desk. it is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain more knowledge and experience working within a technical environment. Key Skills required for the Desktop Support Analyst: - Telephony Support - BES - Exchange - Active Directory - Windows 7/8 - MS Office 2013 - Back up - Troubleshooting Apart from the technical skills required you will also need to have excellent communication skills, be reliable and able to work on own initiative and have an ability to liaise with users from ground to board level.
