Business Analyst (Business Change)

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Business Change to join a market leading Warwickshire based business on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join an organisation experiencing a significant period of change and to make a real impact. You will be joining a team who are responsible for applying business analysis to a wide variety of corporate change projects throughout the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with project delivery teams to analyse the impact of change of existing business processes and operating models. You will gather business requirements to help create solutions to issues impacted by the project portfolio. Key responsibilities associated with this role will include, * The delivery of effective business analysis solutions to business change projects. * Analyse and challenge existing processes. * Document and manage business requirements through the full project lifecycle. * Document target business processes and operational impacts ensuring that new processes are designed in line with business standards. * Provide analysis support to change and IT Project teams. * Champion business change throughout the organisation. The candidate we are seeking for this role will be an experienced business analyst. You will be able to demonstrate evidence of providing analysis on process and systems change projects, show an understanding of change frameworks and have experience of working within a highly regulated environment. This is a permanent role, salary will be in the region of £33-42,000 plus bonus and benefits package
