Senior Business Analyst | Business Analyst | Customer Journey Business Analyst | Lead Business Analyst | Analyst Business Analyst | Maidenhead | £400 - £450 PER DAY | 3 months (with extensions) An experienced Business Analyst is required to support the transformation within a Local Authority - to an enabling, entrepreneurial and leading digital authority. As Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst / Business Analyst you will identify new approaches and solutions to business issues through the analysis of customer journeys, business processes and workflows, the Business Analyst will facilitate stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new, optimised and where appropriate, automated customer journey, business process and workflow designs, the Business Analyst will make life easier and more enjoyable for customers, staff and suppliers. To be considered for this Business Analyst contract, you must have worked with the analysis of customer journey within a Local Authority. Senior Business Analyst | Lead Business Analyst | Business Analyst requirements: - Minimum of 10 years business analysis experience in medium or large sized service-based organisations or working in a Business Analyst role. - Business analysis / Business Analyst in a wide variety of settings (operations, business and IT, private and public sector). - Business analysis / Business Analyst in a wide variety of projects ranging from small and simple to large and complex. - Requirements life cycle management (to manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement). - Strategy analysis (to identify the business need, address that need, and align the change strategy within the organisation). - Local Authority services experience (to bring relevant service knowledge to the role). - Business change management (to help the organisation manage its way through its transformation).
