IT Support Analyst - Sharepoint 2010 / Online - Croydon
We are currently seeking a SharePoint Support Analyst for an initial 6 month contract with a large public sector company based in Croydon.
The main focus of this role is to provide support and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and ensure users have the right support and knowledge to effectively use the platform. The role will respond and resolve day to day enquiries, faults, and fixes.
Main duties involve:
* Provide day to day 2nd line support for SharePoint users, including responding to general enquiries, responding to faults and providing fixes through configuration changes or development
* Administer user access and rights for the application
* Ensure the business have the right knowledge and access to use the application effectively through identifying potential support gaps to address
* Ensure incidents and problems are fully documented in the appropriate system
The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:
* Proven in-depth Knowledge of SharePoint 2010
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft associated languages, including C#, (url removed), JavaScript, JQuery, XML, HTML, or CSS
* Basic knowledge of data analysis, data validation and cleansing, database design and SQL databases
