Full-Stack Web Developer

Position: Full-Stack Web Developer Location: Home Based Salary: 26-32k Ref: (Apply online only) Our client is an established Digital Agency offering web design and build, online app and e-commerce development, branding and print design, hosting and IT services. Due to continued success they are looking to add and experienced developer. As a developer you’d be working on a variety of digital projects from home. You will be required to attend the occasional meeting at the London office or at a clients premises. Essential: • Good working knowledge of object-oriented PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS) and JavaScript • Advanced WordPress knowledge • Git and version control experience • LAMP stack expertise • Ground-up system architecture design experience • Experience designing database schemas, optimising database queries and indexes • Experience working with RESTful APIs using JSON/XML • Experience building responsive templates • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design • A good understanding of UX and UI concepts • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organised and self-motivated • Ability to keep up with trends in web development and a willingness to learn new technology and skills • A good team player who can thrive in an informal environment, and yet give realistic timescales and meet deadlines Nice to have: • Laravel or Symphony experience • October CMS experience • Craft CMS experience • CentOS shell - Apache config - Linux sysadmin experience • AWS and Google Cloud Experience • Experience as a freelancer, proving self-management Please make sure that your full address and details are included in your application for this role
