Infrastructure Analyst

Infrastructure Analyst with a CCNA Accreditation (or equivalent) and 3 years’ + Network and Security experience is required by our client, based in London for this 12 month, fixed term position. The role of Senior Infrastructure Analyst will be to provide both administrative and technical assistance to the Infrastructure team, including maintenance and on-going improvements to the company’s IT Infrastructure. You will also be responsible for providing 3rd line support, including requests and incidents, ensuring that all escalated incidents and requests are dealt with, within the SLAs. Our client is looking for someone with strong Networking experience for this position which is 50% Business as Usual and 50% Project work. The post-holder will be required to have the following skills for this position: - Indepth Windows Server knowledge, including DNS - PC & Communications hardware installation - Operating systems and software installation - Network equipment and cable installation & maintenance
