2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst 2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst is required by our client based in London on a permanent basis to provide 2nd line troubleshooting support to users over the phone, via email and deskside. Our client is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst who is able to hit the ground running and who possesses excellent analytical and problem solving skills and an who has a proven background of supporting the following technologies; Exchange 2010/2013, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008, Networking (DNS,DHCP,TCP/IP), VMware, PowerShell Scripting, IIS and ideally some experience with IP Telephony, Salesforce CRM, Linux, VLANs and VPN. In addition to having the ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support to the listed technologies our client has also asked that candidates have hands on experience with Exchange Migrations in particular, migrations to O365. A well versed Technical Architect is required by our client based in London with an extensive knowledge/experience with vCloud and Office 365 together with a good solid understanding of CISCO and Palo Alto Networking. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day (BAU) activities of a Technical Architect, for example; dealing with incidents, troubleshooting networks, providing architectural support as well as getting involved on the project side and being instrumental in network and solutions design. You will have worked in a fast paced, ITIL environment where you have had to think on your feet and roll your sleeves up to ensure that projects are delivered and that the client has a good stable environment. You will have an expert knowledge of cloud solutions and the ability to provide architectural support and guidance to our client on vCloud. You should have a demonstrable background of creating documentation and working in a structured environment. Any experience with the following technologies would be advantageous; BGP, OSPF, EIGRP routing and redistribution, VRF - Virtual Router Forwarder, VLAN – HP, Wi-Fi (in particular creating reverse VPN IPSEC tunnels back to the Palo Alto), SIP Configuration on Mitel to complete interop testing, Active Directory and SCCM. We are looking for candidates who are immediately available to start a new position as our client is looking to interview on Monday 12th September and start someone immediately after this.
