Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst – 18 - 22K basic
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst to join an experienced Support team at an exciting team for this expanding global technology solutions company based in Stafford.
You will be remotely supporting external clients both by telephone and email, so strong communication skills are imperative in this role.
There is opportunity to expand your skills in to 2nd line support and to expand your technical skill set with on site and external training as required (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP).
There is also the opportunity to be involved in implementations and project work as your skill set and experience develops.
Additional 'desirable' skills include:
- Windows Server environments
- Linux Server environments
- Troubleshooting end user desktops
- SQL / T-SQL
- Understanding of networking principles
