Business Intelligence Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large financial institution based in Greater Belfast for a Business Intelligence Analyst. You will be working in a fast paced environment and be part of a team of like minded specialists. The role will be to develop, deliver and maintain high quality BI and MI solutions. This will include analysis of key data to enable management teams to make informed business decisions. Key Duties: * Design reports, daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal use * Monthly MI report packs * Full ownership of all database information * Project ownership to improve data integrity and automation for client and supplier data * Data and system automation through SQL Technologies such as SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) * Full ownership of all database information * Production and maintenance of high quality technical documentation. * Understand the business needs to ensure new and existing reports are fit for purpose. * Assist in the development of new reports to meet changing business needs. * Manipulate information to present it in a meaningful and easy to understand format. * Distribute accurate reports within agreed timescales. * Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. * Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools. * Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology (IT) reports, dashboards, or other outputs. * Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by Directors, Managers, Clients, and other stakeholders.
