Senior Analyst / Data Scientist - Central London

Senior Analyst / Data Scientist My client, a leading consultancy in Central London are looking for 2 experienced and expert knowledge into the usage of analytical tools and methodologies to deliver actionable insight for marketing. You will be: Developing Analytic solutions for the client's strategic & marketing challenges, for example; * Undertake exploratory data analysis on client data sets * Undertake data audits on the quality, consistency, relevance and accuracy of a client's data * Present data visually using tools such as Tableau * Create single customer views from a client's disparate data sets * Build analysis models to enable campaign targeting and customer selections Necessary skills: * Numerate degree e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or Operational Research * Proven hands-on application and advanced knowledge of SAS, Tableau, Excel and SQL is essential * Have worked with manipulating large and complex datasets, including linking multiple data sources on ad hoc basis to support management reporting * Experience of building statistical models using a variety of techniques such as logistic regression, clustering, CHAID would be an advantage This is an urgent requirement for an initial 3 month contract in London working with a leading customer service based agency.
