James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst for my fantastic client based in Luton. You will be supporting and maintaining the MI and corporate back office systems and applications ensuring services are stable and performing to agreed service levels.
Main Duties
Monitor incident queues and respond to such incidents in a timely manner
Provide performance support monitoring is in place across all support systems and applications
Identify any trends and taking appropriate actions to ensure performance risks are mitigated
The ideal candidate will have excellent experience of Application Support and have some understanding of Business Objects along with SQL/Unix.
