The role primarily involves the support of various SharePoint platforms and solutions for a remarkable range of public and private sector clients, with the opportunity to occasionally undertake project based activities with their skilled consultants. As such, it is important that candidates have strong client facing skills and have prior experience of directly supporting customers. The successful candidate will have experience in current SharePoint versions, namely SharePoint Online, 2016 and 2013. A good business understanding will be useful but a practical understanding of related and underlying technologies such as IIS, SQL, Networking, Active Directory and ADFS is essential. If candidates have skills in supporting and related SharePoint technologies such Nintex and migration tools, then this would be beneficial.
