Job Title: Analytics Manager Location: West Yorkshire Salary: c.£50,000 + bonus & benefits This role offers an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, highly numerate Senior Analyst or Analytics Manager to make a significant difference within a well-established and rapidly growing bank. This is a pivotal role with exposure to departmental leaders across the organisation so presents an opportunity to lead through collaboration as well an opportunity to further develop analytical and management skills within the team. The primary responsibilities are: Analysis & Insight • Proactively and collaboratively develop analysis and insight to support Customer Service Operations • Identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and maximise sales and improve customer satisfaction • Apply excellent analytical and technical ability to ensure the highest standards of analysis and reporting are delivered across the team Project Management • Take ownership for initiatives and deliver through self and others • Maintain good standards of project management throughout all phases of the projects lifecycle • Responsible for resource and work-flow planning and tracking within their team • Operate a robust test and learn approach; develop tests based on clear analysis / hypotheses, set clear performance expectations, monitor, adjust accordingly Team Management • Line management responsibilities for direct reports • Coaching responsibilities across wider team • Role-models positive behaviours and values • Provision of support, guidance and oversight of direct reports • Builds stakeholder network and responsible for their on-going management / relationship Business Development • Drive continual improvement of existing processes across Operations and beyond • Help design, drive and support the Digital Agenda across the bank including • Web Site • Mobile / App offerings • Integrated communications across EM, DM, SMS and Voice Candidate Profile • Extensive programming (SAS or SQL), database extraction and reporting experience • Expertise in insight and investigation • Currently in a Senior Analytical or Management role • A flair for innovation • Honours degree (2:1 or better) in a maths based subject (Engineering, Maths, Physics, Economics etc.) • Clear, logical analytical approach to problem-solving • Detail / accuracy focussed but also able to see the bigger picture • Ability to investigate data, find trends, forecast performance and provide insightful recommendations Please send your CV or call us on (Apply online only)
