ACCOUNT MANAGER / INTERNAL RECRUITER(IT) - HYBRID ROLE, NON SALES - £50-80K OTE(DOE) Talent Point offers an innovative hiring solution that shifts focus from sourcing to planning, resulting in better retention, department structures compliant with the market for IT skills, less time spent on CVs and interviews and greater control for hiring process owners. We act in an advisory capacity and believe passionately in total quality across the whole recruitment process. With a large, brand name customer just signed up to the service we are seeking an internal recruiter to implement and operate our service on-site with the customer while interfacing with our delivery teams. You'll lead the Talent Point customer setup, including interviewing key hiring managers to document issues and expectations, current processes, existing job sale, applicant volumes etc, then design and implement a hiring strategy fitting in alongside the Talent Point solution. You will also act as the point of escalation for customers and internal stakeholders in order to deal with any problems or issues which may arise, and establish an "expert" knowledge of the Talent Point delivery process including benefits, challenges, documentation, training, software and influence. This is not a passive, CV-shifting role on a low-value RPO. Our service is high value and delivering it requires real engagement and commitment to quality. Attributes Required: * Demonstrable experience having set up, implemented and managed hiring processes and strategies, ideally for start-up or mid-range technology businesses * Demonstrable and tangible evidence of influencing, persuading and managing hiring managers * Extensive experience in writing job specifications from scratch to meet the needs of the hiring manager as well as considering current market conditions * Commercially focused with an understanding of IT department structures in relation to business goals and drivers * Strong written communication skills around CVs, submissions, processes and formal business documents * Ideally you'll have worked agency-side as well as internal * Knowledge of the key challenges faced in hiring: Front End, .NET Developers and Open Source Engineers, more technical QA roles and DevOps.
