Fantastic opportunity to join this entrepreneurial team pioneering life cycle marketing for this FTSE company. They are looking for a User Acquisition Manager with experience of developing and monitoring business to customer focused marketing campaigns which will include generating campaigns using Adobe Campaign but also running the campaigns, measuring results and reporting on findings in order to improve campaign results.
Responsibilities include
• Developing (70% B2C and 30% B2B) marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, engagement and to achieve monthly user targets.
• Implement, monitor and measure integrated marketing campaigns.
• Work with key stakeholders (including the product marketing team) to implement campaign activities.
• Content writing and editing for email copy.
• Sourcing campaign materials.
• Setting campaign metrics as agreed with the Product Marketing Manager and the Director of Marketing.
• Campaign optimization through rapid A/B testing and iteration. Deliver regular reporting of results against metrics, including use of tools such as Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Tableau and email data reports.
• Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns.
• Work with the Product Marketing Manager to obtain information to devise, prepare and produce campaign activity and content.
• Ensure all information is accurate and passes through the official sign off process.
• Actively partake in the running of the department providing ideas and best practice.
• Identifying trends that may increase the performance of campaigns.
Experienced Required:-
• Good knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver and ideally JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of email automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Unica, Primo or Eloqua.
• Experience of working with relational data
• Experience of database marketing and manipulating large amounts of data including segmentation and A/B testing
• Good understanding of campaign reporting and analysis
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
• 3+ years of campaign management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing - or equivalent certification
