Ecommerce Business Analyst (agile essential)– Broadcasting TV Channel - Middlesex

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Excellent career progression
Our client is an esteemed Broadcasting TV Channel who is part of a massive international Retail Group, based at their Middlesex Offices. This team is now seeking a talented Ecommerce Business Analyst professional to work on a number of projects relating to their Broadcasting side of the business, who is used to working in Agile Methodologies to liaise extensively with external and internal business users. Working on (url removed) / MS SQL and with stakeholders. You will be highly analytical and enjoy working on a diverse range of Business Analyst projects across the entire Broadcasting business areas.
Ecommerce Business Analyst Essentials:
- Must have advanced proven Business Analyst experience of working in Agile environment.
- Knowledge & experience of at least one technology platforms like .NET / MS SQL is required.
- Must have experience working on eCommerce projects and CRM tools
- Business Analysis certified
- Ability to carry out QA, UAT, and UI testing.
- Rolling out an enterprise wide Customer order management system (Siebel)
- Business analysis working knowledge of requirement documentation, development interaction and ability to elaborate on the need of business case and benefit realisation.
- Full requirements gathering and ‘As-Is` & ‘To-Be` documentation
- Must have proven experience of direct interaction with managers on business side.
- Advanced technical skills, including working with payment gateways and / or data feeds.
- Knowledge & experience of at least one technology platforms like .NET / MS SQL is required.
- Knowledge of technology platforms like Demandware / IBM EMM would be an added advantage
As the Ecommerce Business Analyst you will have experience working on technology platforms such as (url removed) and / or MS SQL and in-house system experience similar to CRM / ECOM. You will have the ability to carry out QA, UAT, and UI testing. The Ecommerce Business Analyst will provide strong Sales Support to external and internal business users. Strong use of the Microsoft Office application Excel.
