Description: Programme Manager will be responsible for managing and developing portfolio of work, working closely with a team that consists of project managers, analysts (business and systems) and developers. The organisation has a large number of small to medium sized projects that it is undertaking along with the transformation and merger of two organisations that along with BAU will make this a key role as the organisation develops the profile of IT across the business. The successful individual will be involved in developing: Programs and projects delivering business change. Management and support of all IT systems. Strategy and solutions delivery. Managing budgets. Risk and issue management. Provision of systems services. Company wide stakeholder engagement. Team management innovative solution systems design. CRM and ERP experience. You: Will be a proactive Programme Manager with strong business and user engagement skills able to develop innovative solutions and mentor your team. You will possess clear leadership experience within an IT setting, including strong service lead innovation and excellent team leadership and management.
