Job Description

Up to £450 per day Our client is a lean and flexible public sector body that is seeking to appoint an interim Data Analyst to support the delivery of an exciting and ambitious Customer Access & Experience programme. The programme will transform the way they interact and communicate with service users: enabling the more efficient and effective delivery of integrated services which better meet users demands and requirements, whilst simultaneously meeting significant savings targets. The successful candidate will need to be able to extract and manipulate data from back-office systems (including web site, contact centre, IVR and CRM systems) to: * Analyse and baseline existing performance. * Define and make recommendations to fill data gaps. * Produce dashboards and other performance reporting as required. * Provide actionable insights based on performance measurement data. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Data Analyst (i.e. at least 5 years' experience of data analysis in both the private and public sectors) with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills as well as: * Proven track record of working with large data sets, deriving actionable insights and reporting through a variety of formats. * Expertise in use of data capture tools (including Google Analytics) and CRM systems (MS Dynamics). * Experienced user of Excel (including pivot tables) and dashboard creation and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau). * Experience of volumetrics, reporting and dashboard development.
