We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our internal IT team as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, specialising in VMWare and Office 365. The role will involve working across multiple technology environments, engaging with users remotely and deskside, and delivering high quality customer service.

• Experience working with VMWare
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server
• Comfortable with Office 365
• Familiarity with Linux, Cisco networking and scripting (PowerShell) is ideal but not mandatory

• Provide technical expertise in Windows Server , VMWare, Office 365, and SQL Server
• Deliver excellent customer service and experience
• Manage asset lifecycle for hardware and software
• Build and deploy server architecture with supporting documentation in line with company standards
• Support during defined maintenance weekends as required by the business
• Analyse current resource usage and anticipate future requirements to maintain service targets
• Monitor performance against contractual service targets and take corrective action as needed
• Develop strong partnership relationships with customers

A strong technical aptitude, positive personality, and motivation are equally important. Teamwork, a proactive attitude, and a clear understanding of the broader business objectives are key to success in this role.

Up to £38,000, 25 days holiday, Pension, Free Car Parking, and Health. Modern office facilities commutable from Coventry, Leicester & Loughborough.
