We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with experience in VM Ware, Windows Server , Office 365, and related technologies. This is an internal IT role for an IT UK Success Story. The role requires someone who can work across multiple technology environments, engage with users remotely and deskside, and communicate effectively. Knowledge of VM Ware and O365 is required; familiarity with Linux, Cisco networking, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is ideal.

• Provide technical expertise in Windows Server , VM Ware, Office 365, and RDBMS SQL Server.
• Deliver excellent customer service and user experience.
• Manage assets for hardware and software.
• Build and deploy server architecture with supporting documentation.
• Provide support during defined maintenance weekends as required by the business.
• Analyze current resourcing usage and future requirements to maintain optimal resource and system levels.
• Monitor performance against contractual service targets and take appropriate action to meet IT service targets.
• Build strong partnership relationships with customers.

• Experience with VM Ware and Windows Server .
• Strong knowledge of Office 365.
• Good communication skills, both remote and deskside.
• Familiarity with Linux, Cisco networking, scripting (PowerShell) is a plus.

Salary up to £35K, 25 days holiday, pension, free car parking and health benefits. Modern office facility commutable from Coventry, Leicester & Loughborough.
