Senior Data Scientist - RAG & Retrieval Lead

Elsevier is seeking a Senior Data Scientist I to lead the development and evaluation of advanced search and generative AI systems. You will own complex problems end-to-end, drive rigorous evaluation practices, and shape the technical direction of retrieval and RAG systems.

You should have deep hands-on experience in search/retrieval, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks, operating as a senior individual contributor with growing technical leadership responsibilities.
