Define and deliver the D365 roadmap, translating strategy into a prioritised, value-driven backlog Advocate standard functionality, driving process consistency and reducing customisation Gather requirements and act as the bridge between business and technical teams to align scope and delivery Own releases end to end (UAT, sign off, communications) and manage environments to ensure stability, security and data integrity Own backlog transparency, stakeholder prioritisation and clear communication of trade offs and outcomes Ensure compliance, governance and audit standards are met across all system changes Provide advanced aid, resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement through root cause evaluation and user feedback Drive adoption, data quality and system optimisation using core D365 features, Power Platform and Power BI The Ingredients (What we need from you) Key Know How: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Application Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations and/or Customer Engagement) or comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within fast paced or complex supply chain environments Knowledge of core business processes across at least two areas, such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Plan to Produce Hands on experience gathering requirements and writing user stories, managing backlogs, coordinating user acceptance testing and overseeing release and change management Experience providing advanced application aid (Level 2 and Level 3), including incident and problem management, as well as supplier coordination Familiar with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and agile delivery approaches, including Scrum and Kanban, with strong documentation practices Stakeholder management skills, able to prioritise effectively and deliver high quality outcomes in fast paced environments Your Bowl of Perks (Benefits) Competitive salary & Annual Flexible benefits We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, career, and life outside work.
