About the RoleThe Design Technology Content Specialist supports the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Woods Bagot's digital content ecosystem. Working as part of the global 7C Design Technology team, the role focuses on delivering high-quality, standardised content that is intuitive and easy to use for design teams, while contributing to more efficient, scalable, and data aware content workflows across platforms including Revit and other design and computational tools (e.g. Rhino, Grasshopper).
In addition to developing Revit content, the role supports the evolution of content creation methods through automation, structured data application, and ongoing optimisation of the global library. The position plays a key role in ensuring content is usable, performant, and aligned with real project needs across studios, with a strong emphasis on reducing friction in day to day design workflows.
Key Areas of ResponsibilityYou are detail oriented and committed to delivering high quality, consistent outputs, with a strong understanding of how digital content is used within live design projects. You are comfortable working within defined standards while contributing to their ongoing refinement and take a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows.
You balance production delivery with problem solving and continuous improvement and have a strong interest in automation and evolving digital design processes. You bring a user focused mindset, with the ability to create content that is clear, intuitive, and easy for design teams to adopt, supported by strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
