Desired skills include: Remote / On Site Support, Ticket management, Experience working in an ITIL environment. Microsoft Office 365 services – experience in all aspects of Microsoft 365 migration and implementation highly desired. Email services (Exchange, Exchange Online, Mimecast, Gmail) MDM Solutions (Intune, Jamf) SharePoint Online and Teams setup and configuration Microsoft Azure administration Hosted Telephony Windows Server, GPO, AD, File Servers and any other server roles. Deployment and implementation of new workstations and network hardware across multiple remote sites. General desktop support, Hardware\software diagnosis and break fix. Windows OS 7,8 and 10 DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, Routing, VPN and WAN.
