Product Manager, Platform
Notion Capital
We live in a world that runs on physical industries like energy, logistics, and manufacturing. These sectors are essential to our economy and daily lives, yet they are held back by inefficiencies, fragile legacy systems, and decades old ways of working. This is not just a business problem; it is a societal one. When grids fail, supply chains stall, or factories falter, entire economies are disrupted. These companies face unique, complex challenges that typical software was never designed to solve. Cogna was founded to change this. Our mission is to give critical industries their own AI powered Software Factory: a way to build and deploy bespoke digital tools that solve pressing operational challenges. Since our launch in May 2023, we've seen incredible customer traction and revenue growth. We're backed by leading VCs, including Notion Capital and Hoxton Ventures, and we're building a world class team to take on one of the most important challenges of our time. We're a team of around 75 today, on a path to Series B and scaling towards 150. Tackling challenges at this scale takes people who are curious, adaptable, and motivated by impact. If our mission resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. We are committed to building a diverse team that reflects the industries and societies we serve. We are looking for a deeply technical, systems thinking Product Manager to own the core platform that powers Cogna's AI first software creation tools. You will be responsible for building large scale, globally distributed backend systems and for shaping how AI is used in a reliable, reusable capability across the company. A central part of this role is owning our Agent Platform: a managed set of agents that any of our product teams can easily spin up and surface within their own products. These agents perform a variety of tasks across our platform, including building customer solutions, performing customer service tasks, data security and privacy testing, and context rich business artifact generation. You will work hand in hand with engineering to make AI a dependable building block, not a one off feature. This role suits someone who thrives in a 0-1 environment but knows how to operationalise product development for scale. You'll be joining as we move past the startup stage into scale up, so you'll need to bring judgement on how to build for growth. What You'll Do: Own the Agent Platform: Define and ship a managed set of agents that product teams across Cogna can spin up to do a defined set of things, making AI a usable part of our products. Build systems at scale: Partner with engineering to design and deliver large scale, globally distributed backend services and APIs that are extensible and built to grow. Go deep on AI/LLMs: Shape how large language models are used at a systems level, you understand what it means for an LLM to have a context bundle, to save and manage state, and how that translates into reliable product behaviour. Drive iterative development: Ship MVPs that solve core problems, measure them, and evolve them based on real usage, comfortable discovering something doesn't work and quickly trying something else. Run delivery hands on: We don't have TPMs, so you'll keep dev teams aligned on agreed priorities and track delivery closely in Linear. Decide with low signal: Make good calls with limited customer data, relying on technical judgement and intuition where complete signal isn't available. Own outcomes: Define success metrics and use data to track adoption, reliability, and impact, iterating to improve. What We're Looking For: Experience: 4+ years in product management, with a track record across both 0-1 work and scaling systems in high growth environments. Scale up experience: You've worked at mid to large company scale, not only at startups you know what a scaling journey actually looks like. Deeply technical background: You've been a highly technical PM working on backend services, ideally services that have scaled, and you can speak intelligibly about building systems at scale. AI/LLM depth: You understand how to build systems that utilise AI context bundles, state, and what it takes to bring LLMs into reliable product experiences. Comfortable with AI tooling: You're happy using tools like Claude Code and Claude Design to prototype and move quickly. Enterprise mindset: You've built for enterprise customers and understand how they think about experimentation and satisfaction. Thrives in ambiguity: You don't need full clarity before taking action, and you stay effective when signal is low. Experimentation mindset: Highly agile, comfortable trying something, measuring it, and changing course quickly. Well rounded PM: You bring the full gamut of product skills rather than a narrow focus (we've found purely analyst, technical program management, or testing backgrounds tend to fit less well). What We Offer Competitive salary and share option plan 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays Excellent pension scheme, with Cogna paying 7.5% Enhanced parental leave: 12 weeks full salary for all parents (plus up to 4 weeks pre birth for birthing parents) Private healthcare, including family cover and pre-existing conditions Flexible hybrid working with 2 days per fortnight in our Farringdon office Regular social events and offsites Access to a gym and fitness classes in our office building

We are committed to building a diverse team that reflects the industries and societies we serve. We are looking for a commercially minded, user focused Product Manager to own the application surfaces our customers interact with directly. Our product surface needs to scale across hundreds of thousands of solution strategists and consultants, providing them access to our AI run software factory that allows them to build bespoke applications for their customers. You'll work closely with partners, customers, design, and engineering to ship intuitive, valuable features and to deepen how much our enterprise customers build with us. You'll sit close to the business. We have strong C suite relationships at our enterprise customers, and those leaders want their teams to do more with us. Your job is to find the easiest ways for those teams to get more value from Cogna and to double down with us. This role suits someone who thrives in a 0 1 environment but understands how product fits into the wider business. You'll be joining as we move past the startup stage into scale up and onto our Series B path, so commercial awareness matters as much as product craft. What You'll Do: Understand user needs: Run deep customer discovery to understand needs and behaviours, and turn that into roadmap and strategy decisions. Deepen engagement: Find easy, high value ways for customer teams to get more from Cogna, build more with us, and double down. Think commercially: Understand product market fit and our high level business strategy, including our Series B path and use it to prioritise which user flows we go after. Drive iterative development: Ship MVPs that solve core user problems, then evolve them based on feedback and usage to maximise user and business value. Collaborate cross functionally: Partner closely with engineering and design to define, prioritise, and ship features that feel intuitive. As a stalwart of the UK games industry for over 30 years, Rebellion offers an environment where your technical expertise directly impacts millions of players worldwide. Whether you are based in our riverside Oxford HQ or our creative studio in Warwick, you will be part of a team that values independence, creativity, and the pursuit of excellence. Job Overview: Senior QA Analyst Company Name Rebellion Position Title Senior QA Analyst Department Quality Assurance Locations Oxford or Warwick, UK (Hybrid Options Available) Employment Type Full-time Salary Range £42,000 - £55,000 (Commensurate with seniority and experience) Relocation Full Support Package (Moving assistance & temporary accommodation) Work Rights Permanent Right to Work in the UK Required About Rebellion Rebellion is a unique entity in the global creative landscape. Founded by Jason and Chris Kingsley, we have spent three decades as a fiercely independent developer and publisher of legendary video games. However, our reach extends far beyond the digital realm. We own a film studio, produce board games, and through our 2000 AD brand, we publish world-renowned comics and graphic novels, including the iconic Judge Dredd. Our size and stability allow us to maintain complete creative freedom. When you work at Rebellion, you are working for a "Big Indie" that prioritizes its people. We believe that a representative and diverse team creates better products, and we foster an inclusive atmosphere where your talent is supported by a healthy work-life balance. As a Senior QA Analyst, you do not just follow a checklist; you own the quality roadmap. You are expected to see the "whole map," identifying potential traps in game design and technical implementation before they reach production. You will be a systemic thinker who understands that no feature exists in isolation. Your role is to bridge the gap between creative intent and technical execution, ensuring that the final product is stable, polished, and ready for a global audience. Furthermore, you will serve as a beacon for the junior members of the squad, leveling up the team through mentorship and process refinement. Comprehensive Coverage: Architect robust, detailed test plans for every game feature. You must account for all logic paths, edge cases, and "sneaky combos" that could disrupt the player experience. Process Evolution: Constantly look for ways to sharpen our QA processes. You will help implement new tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy. Knowledge Resource: Serve as the go-to expert for the team on complex technical issues or specific game systems. Cross-Department Liaison: Communicate clearly and professionally with Designers, Developers, and Producers. You must be able to translate complex technical bugs into actionable reports that the dev team can address immediately. Visibility: Ensure that production has a clear view of the "state of the game" at all times, providing honest and data-driven assessments of project stability. Professional Requirements (About You) Technical & Experience Profile: Industry Veteran: You have a proven track record of QA experience specifically within the video games industry. Autonomous Architect: You can craft high-level test plans from scratch without needing a pre-defined guide or template. Analytical Mindset: You think beyond the "golden path." You naturally search for edge cases and potential system failures. Mentorship History: You have experience guiding others and a passion for helping a team reach its full potential. Soft Skills: Confident Communicator: The ability to explain "the why" behind a bug or risk to stakeholders of all technical levels. Team-Centric: A collaborative spirit that thrives in an open-plan, innovative environment. Passion for Quality: A genuine desire to ship games that are not just functional, but exceptional. We offer a comprehensive package designed to support your physical, mental, and financial health. Benefit Category Details Paid Time Off 22 days + Christmas Closure + Bank Holidays. Senior Operations Associate - Network
RELAY Technologies
Relay is fundamentally reshaping how goods move in an online era. Backed by Europe's largest-ever logistics Series A ($35M), led by deep-tech investors Plural (whose portfolio spans fusion energy and space exploration), Relay is scaling faster than 99.98% of venture-backed startups. We're assembling the most talent-dense team the logistics industry has ever seen Relay's Mission is to free commerce from friction. Today, high delivery costs act as a hidden tax on e-commerce, quietly shaping what can be sold online and limiting who can participate. We envision a world where more goods move more freely between more people, making the online shopping experience seamless and accessible to everyone. THE TEAM 110 people, more than half in engineering, product and data 45+ advanced degrees across computer science, mathematics and operations research Thousands of data points captured, calculated, analysed and predicted for every single parcel we handle An intellectually vibrant culture of first principles thinking, tight feedback loops and relentless experimentation Work Alongside Industry Leaders Karthik Harith - VP Operations Karthik is an operator and GM with a track record scaling multi-channel retail and operations across the UK, Germany, and France. Prior to Relay, he operated at VP/General Manager across multiple markets and brands (Getir, Gorillas, and Frichti). He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering (Brown) and an MBA in Finance (HEC Paris). At Relay, Karthik leads Operations, bringing rigorous execution and scaling experience to solve hard, real world logistics problems end to end. Relay's Mission Relay exists to free commerce from friction. Today, high delivery costs act as a hidden tax on e-commerce, quietly shaping what can be sold online and limiting who can participate. We envision a world where more goods move more freely between more people, making the online shopping experience seamless and accessible to everyone. The Opportunity Relay's network runs on forecasts. Every day, models predict how many parcels will arrive, which ones to sort tonight, how many shifts to release, and how many bags each route needs. The Network squad owns those forecasts and the operational processes that turn them into action. When teams plan to the right number, the network runs efficiently. When they over plan, capacity goes to waste; when they under plan, cost surges and operational performance suffers. At a high level, the outcome you will drive is excellent day to day forecast guidance-ensuring teams across the network plan to the right number every day. This is one of the most powerful cost levers in the business. As Senior Operations Associate, you will own the day to day operational processes that drive this outcome. You will be the squad's operational backbone: the person who keeps the network on track, steps in when things break, and coordinates the right teams when the operation is under stress. This is fundamentally an operational role-high-context, high ownership, and central to how the network runs every day. Alongside the day to day execution, you will have the opportunity to keep critical projects moving forward across the squad. As a Senior Operations Associate, Network at Relay at Relay, you'll: Own the quality of day to day forecast guidance. Co build and operate the systems that decide how much volume flows through our network every day, ensuring teams plan to the right number-neither over nor under planning. Continually improve these systems, partner with other Operations teams to resolve issues, and maintain a clear specification for Data and Engineering to automate further as resources become available. Plan the business through scheduled operational moments. When demand is going to deviate from the norm-busy shopping periods, holidays, planned promotions-you will develop the operational plan and make sure all relevant teams are prepared, aligned, and acting on the same source of truth. Lead the response to unplanned incidents. When something disrupts the network-adverse weather, supply side shocks, or unexpected client behaviour-you will step in to own the recovery and run the retro process to ensure follow ups are actioned. Work shoulder to shoulder with the data team. When forecasts look off or operations flag a problem, you will dig into the numbers, interrogate the models, and help the Data Scientists and Analysts pinpoint where the models are creating real world friction. You will not be building the models- but you will be a trusted partner in pressure testing them. Help keep the squad's programme of work on track-beginning with coordination and follow up, and growing into a role that guides what the squad prioritises as you build context and credibility. Who Will Thrive in this role? Resilience and high ownership. You enjoy being at the centre of how the network runs each day. The work spans daily execution and complex, ambiguous problem solving, and you take real pride in owning the outcome of both- including stepping in when other teams or processes need support. Project literacy. You have run projects or worked closely with Programme Managers in prior roles. You're comfortable absorbing the administrative scaffolding of a programme without requiring a senior PM to direct you. A bias for action. You would rather get something working today than design the perfect solution for next quarter. You know when to elevate and when to just fix it. Strong written communication. At Relay, a well structured doc or one pager is often how you get things done- it's how you align people, define problems, and create momentum without a meeting. 3-5 years of experience in operations, programme management, consulting, or a similar function-ideally somewhere fast moving where the playbook was being written in real time. Data literacy. Comfortable with SQL and able to query data independently to investigate operational issues. You can articulate the data and insight you need with sufficient clarity that an AI agent or analyst can act on it. You don't need to be building dashboards yourself - but you should be capable of pulling your own numbers when you need to. The qualifications and experiences above act as a loose guide to what we're looking for. We'd still love to hear from you if you have more or less experience, so long as the core skills can be demonstrated. Fast and Focused Hiring Process Talent Acquisition Interview - 30 min Hiring Manager Interview - 45 min Case Exercise - 90 min Final Interview w/ VP Operations - 30 min Decision and offer within 48 hours, our process mirrors our pace of work, typically completed in a week. Who Thrives at Relay? Aim with Precision: You define problems clearly and measure your impact meticulously. Play to Win: You chase bold bets, tackle the hard stuff, and view constraints as fuel, not friction. 1% Better Every Day: You believe that small, consistent improvements lead to exponential growth. You move quickly, deliver results, and learn from every experience. All In, All the Time: You show up and step up. You take ownership from start to finish and do what it takes to deliver when it counts. People Powered Greatness: You invest in your teammates. You give and receive feedback with care and candour. You build trust through high standards and shared success. Grow the Whole Pie: You seek out win win solutions for merchants, couriers, and our customers, because when they thrive, so do we. If these resonate, and you combine strong technical fundamentals with entrepreneurial drive, let's connect. Relay is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and fostering a workplace where everyone thrives.
