Behaviour / IT / Systems Trainer / Coach - Call Centres Learning and Development Systems & Behavioural Training Milton Keynes - 6 months - £450/day An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainer / Coach / Learning and Development Consultant with specific experience in call centres / contact centres to join a company in Milton Keynes. The successful Trainer / Coach must have the following experience: * Experience in both behavioural and systems training - You must have experience of a highly regulated industry, preferably financial services, with experience of financial services regulations * Writing and delivering training for front line call centre staff, with a focus on customer service * Experience in blended learning and acceleration training techniques * Reviewing existing training and tailoring for a new 3rd party * Experience of delivering training to 3rd party outsourced solutions * Experience overseeing 3rd party trainers and training the trainer in anything required * Experience in a highly regulated industry is beneficial If you are an experienced Trainer / Coach / Learning and Development Consultant with both systems / IT and behavioural experience then please get in touch now.
