Business Analyst - Bristol - OUTSIDE IR35 Data Flow Mapping - Sparx A Business Analyst with experience in data flows and data mapping is required to join an established team. You'll be reviewing business needs surrounding asset data, carrying out data flow mapping and guiding the team on delivering IT and information / data related projects. Essential skills and experience for the Business Analyst * Using Sparx enterprise software package (EA standard). * Using conceptual high-level data flow maps. * Developing, updating and quality assuring detailed data flow maps. * Wide knowledge of data related issues, spatial and non-spatial data. * Asset management processes in the environmental sector. * Developing and applying data standards. Nice-to-have skills and experience * Experience of linked data solutions in the public sector. * Asset management in the utilities and infrastructure sectors. This role is based in central Bristol, but you may need to visit London and Reading. Some remote working may be possible.
