Position: Senior Web Developer Position Type: Permanent York Salary: upto £55,000 JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY: My client is the UK leisure industry's leading service provider for management software. Their clients include some of the biggest multi-site operators in the UK, with customers across Europe, America and Canada with a recently established subsidiary in Canada. What they say! EXPERIENCE: They have several vacancies for senior developers. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in developing web based business applications using Microsoft technologies. The specific skills important to us are identified below although we seek talent first as opposed to applicants with specific tools. Experience of the following is considered important: •C#(.NET v4.0) •ASP.NET MCV •HTML & CSS •SQL Server Experience of the following helps a bit but not essential to your application: •Entity Framework •Unit Testing (TDD, MS Test, Jasmine) •Javascript Frameworks (jQuery, Knockout, Backbone.js, Require.js) •Web Services (WCF, REST) •HTML5 / CSS3 •Experience of SCRUM/Agile development methodologies LOCATION: Our offices in York, North Yorkshire.
