Job overview To work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective business analytics and intelligence service, supporting the executive team, divisional operational managers, clinicians and corporate functions through the provision of accurate, timely and high quality information analysis and insights. To provide specialist advice and guidance on data, analysis and measurement within a wide range of domains, with a focus on demand and capacity modelling, and productivity and efficiency analysis and reporting, developing operational and performance management reporting, indicators and dashboards to support effective decision making, business planning, service delivery and improvement. Main duties of the job The post holder will have the skills and experience to provide in depth analysis, forecasting and modelling by analysing highly complex, multi stranded data, they will have advanced SQL, Excel, python/R and a high level of wider technical skills with the ability to write complex SQL queries and build reporting dashboards using Power BI. They will be an expert for their domain but be expected to understand all areas of activity; to develop reports and help end users to interpret information.
