NPPV3 Cleared Deployment Engineer - 6 months Contract - £210/day via Inside IR35 - onsite Gloucester - SCC FLEX CONTRACT We are looking for a hands-on Deployment Engineer to provide on-site support during a major Windows 11 rollout. You will help keep BAU services running smoothly while supporting users through device changes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform. Your responsibilities as a Deployment Engineer: Provide on-site deskside support, floor-walking and user assistance during and after Windows 11 deployments. Guide users through device changes, offering clear communication and hands-on help. Build, image and prepare laptops/desktops, including Autopilot setup and peripheral configuration. Perform break/fix activities, incident resolution and smart-hands support for infrastructure teams. Manage asset updates, device collections/returns and maintain accurate, auditable records. Triage issues quickly, escalate when required and keep users informed throughout.
